All books and photos are shipped from USA. Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of the Captain Watson Shop. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Standard orders are processed by our USA fulfillment centre in New York, New York which ships 98.0% of orders within 72 hours via their global network of couriers once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. 

Book and photo orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (5) to five (14) business days within the USA and within three (7) to ten (21) days internationally.

Every delivery address is checked as it enters our system. If there is a discrepancy this will usually be resolved within 72 hours by our staff who may need to contact  the customer directly to prevent further unwanted shipping delays.

For book and photos orders, customers will receive a unique link to an online portal, where you can track your order, in real time, through pick and pack, labeling and shipping.
